The Shorasha Consultation App aims to provide a secure and efficient platform for communication between users (individuals seeking family consultation services from qualified consultants) and consultants (qualified individuals with specialized academic certifications to provide family consultation services). These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a safe and effective experience for everyone while protecting the rights of all parties involved.

Definitions:

The application: The mobile application "Comprehensive Family Consultations".
User: The person who uses the application to obtain family counseling services.
Counselor: The person who provides family counseling services through the application.
Application owner: The owner of the application and responsible for its management.
Counseling session: A communication session between the user and the counselor through the application, aimed at providing family counseling services.
Content: Includes text, images, videos, audio clips, and any other type of data uploaded, published, or displayed on the application.
Services: Family counseling services provided by the application.

Terms of Use:

The user must be an adult and capable of entering into contracts.
The user must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application.
The user must adhere to the rules of appropriate conduct on the application.
Users must obtain the consent of the application owner before using the application for research or educational purposes.
Users must pay the consultation fees in advance according to the prices specified in the application.
The user is prohibited from using the application for any illegal or unethical purpose.
The user is prohibited from posting any offensive, harmful, or illegal content on the application.
The user is responsible for all activities that occur on their account.
The use of the application for any commercial purpose is prohibited without the written consent of the application owner.
Sharing personal user information with others on the application without their consent is prohibited.
Users are obligated to inform the application owner of any offensive or harmful content they find on the application.
All underage users (generally under 18 years old) must obtain permission from their legal guardian, and they must be directly supervised by their legal guardian when using the application. If you are a minor, your legal guardian must read and agree to this agreement before you use the website.
Credit or debit cards used by the customer for payment through the electronic payment gateway on the website or applications must be owned by the customer themselves. If the card is owned by someone else, the customer must use it legally with the cardholder's consent.
Any unauthorized use of the application's services, including collecting user names or email addresses through electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, is prohibited.
The user is prohibited from sending chain letters or unsolicited emails to other users.
If either the user or the counselor violates the rules and regulations stated in the terms and conditions of the application, they must immediately notify the application management by sending a private message to the application owner through the communication channel available in the application to contact the application owner.

The User:

Users must be of legal age in Qatar or outside of Qatar.
The user must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application. By using the application, users agree to these terms and conditions.

The user receiving consultations is responsible for choosing the counselor and any information provided by the counselor. The owner is not responsible to the recipient for any liability arising from any consultations or exchange of information between them and the counselor.
Using the application constitutes the user's agreement to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
The user is prohibited from recording, broadcasting, or sharing in any way any consultations, dialogues, or information exchange that takes place on the application.
The user is prohibited from recording consultations received through the application, whether in video, audio, or written form, under any circumstances. The user is legally responsible for any violation of this.
The user is prohibited from contacting the counselor outside the application in any form and is prohibited from requesting the counselor's contact information. Both the user and the counselor are legally responsible for any consequences arising from such actions if either party provides their contact information to the other.

The Counselor:

Counselors must maintain the confidentiality of users' information and not share it with anyone else without their consent.
Counselors must inform the application owner of any ethical concerns they may have regarding the use of the application.
The counselor must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application. By using the application, counselors agree to these terms and conditions.
Counselors must be qualified in the field of family counseling.
Counselors must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and their experience.
Counselors must adhere to the ethical codes of the counseling profession.
Counselors must respect the privacy of users and not use the application for any illegal or harmful purpose.
The application owner has the right to terminate a counselor's account at any time without giving any reason.
All information provided by the counselor, including academic credentials, is their personal responsibility. They are accountable to government and legal authorities for the accuracy of this information and their qualifications.
All consultations provided by the counselor and their content are their personal responsibility and are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar.
Before using the application, the counselor must submit all academic credentials that qualify them to appear on the application to the owner, and these credentials must be documented in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
The counselor is prohibited from rebroadcasting any consultation sessions on the application on any other platform, website, or social media without the written consent of the owner and the recipient user. The counselor is legally responsible for any violation of this.
The counselor is prohibited from recording consultations they provide through the application, whether in video, audio, or written form, under any circumstances. The counselor is legally responsible for any violation of this.
The counselor is prohibited from contacting the user outside the application in any form and is prohibited from requesting the user's contact information or personal data. Both the counselor and the user are legally responsible for any consequences arising from such actions if either party provides their contact information to the other.

The Application Owner:

The application owner is committed to providing a safe and effective platform for users to obtain family counseling services.
The application owner is committed to protecting the privacy of the registration data of users and counselors..
The application owner is committed to providing high-quality services to users and counselors.
The application owner has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The application owner has the right to terminate the application or any of its services at any time.
The application owner is not responsible for any content posted on the application by users or counselors.
The application owner is not responsible for any damages that may be incurred by users or counselors as a result of using the application.

Fees and Payments:

Counseling services are provided on the application for a fee.
The fees for services are determined according to the application's policy.
Fees are paid through the electronic payment gateway integrated with the application.
The application owner has the right to change the fees for services at any time.

In case of cancellation or postponement of a consultation appointment, the cancellation and postponement policy specified by the application owner will apply.

Cancellation and Postponement:

Users can cancel or postpone booked appointments according to the following conditions:

The user can cancel or postpone a consultation appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time and will immediately recover the value of the booking in their electronic wallet within the application. They have the right to use this amount for other bookings within a period of 45 days. If they do not use these amounts within this period, they will be deducted from the wallet, and the user will not have the right to claim them.
Cancellations cannot be made within less than 24 hours, and the full value of the booking will be lost.
The user cannot recover the fees they have paid after starting to use the consultations or any service provided through the application, and they will lose the value of the remaining balance of the booking.

Ratings:

Users can rate counselors after each session.

Application Responsibility:

The application owner is not responsible for any content shared on the application.
The application owner is not responsible for any damages resulting from using the application.
The application owner is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from using the application or any content posted on it.
Users and counselors are responsible for using the application in a responsible and ethical manner.
The application owner may temporarily suspend or completely stop operating the system at any time.
The application owner will not be liable to users or any third party due to the temporary suspension or complete cessation of the system's operation.
The company owning the website does not guarantee that its services will be provided on time, in a secure and complete manner, and that the results obtained from the services will be as the user desired, and that the quality of the services will meet expectations, as the role of the website is limited to providing consultations through specialists.
The application owner has the right to support or delete all or some of the files and messages submitted by users during the use of the services for some time, during periods considered appropriate, and there will be no responsibility for support and deletion procedures.
The application owner has the copyright and publication rights arising from the ownership of information, documents, software, designs, graphics, and all information contained on the application.
The application owner has the right to publish any information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. (such as messages, notifications, reports/news, and files sent to newsletters) that are produced by members and uploaded to the system by members and/or are sent to another place within the website that is considered appropriate and it is likely that this information may be copied and/or published by other users.
The owner may make any changes to the implementation of this agreement, modify existing materials, or add new materials for the purpose of complying with any technical obligations and legislation issued in the future.
The owner may provide additional services, change some services partially or completely, or convert them to a paid service.
This application may be unavailable at certain times to allow for maintenance and updates. Although we will endeavor to notify customers in advance of the unavailability of any service mentioned, this cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to modify or withdraw the service at any time.

Modifications:

The application owner has the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time.
Using the application after the terms and conditions have been changed is considered acceptance of the changes.

Termination of Service:

The application owner has the right to terminate the service of any user or consultant at any time without giving any reason, and they will not have any legal liability for doing so, and neither the user nor the consultant has the right to object.
The application owner has the right to terminate the application service at any time.

Language:

These terms and conditions are written in Arabic.
In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
