Introduction:

The Shorasha application aims to provide a safe and effective platform for communication between users (individuals seeking family counseling services from qualified counselors) and counselors (qualified and holding specialized scientific certificates to provide family counseling services). These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a safe and effective experience for everyone and to protect the rights of all parties involved.

Definitions:

The application: The mobile application "Comprehensive Family Counseling".
User: The person who uses the application to obtain family counseling services.
Counselor: The person who provides family counseling services through the application.
Application owner: The owner of the application and responsible for its management.
Counseling session: A communication session between the user and the counselor through the application, aimed at providing family counseling services.
Content: Includes text, images, videos, audio graphics, and any other type of data that is uploaded, posted, or displayed on the application.
Services: The family counseling services provided by the application.

Terms of Use:

The user must be an adult and able to enter into contracts.
The user must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application.
The user must adhere to the rules of proper conduct on the application.
Users must obtain the approval of the application owner before using the application for research or educational purposes.
Users must pay the fees for counseling services in advance according to the prices specified in the application.
The user is prohibited from using the application for any illegal or unethical purpose.
The user is prohibited from posting any offensive, harmful, or illegal content on the application.
The user is responsible for all activities that take place on his account.
The use of the application for any commercial purpose is prohibited without the written consent of the application owner.
Sharing the user's personal information with others on the application without their consent is prohibited.
Users are obliged to inform the application owner of any offensive or harmful content they find on the application.
All underage users in their place of residence (generally under 18 years old) must obtain permission from their guardian and be directly supervised by their guardian when using the application. If you are a minor, your guardian must read and agree to this agreement before you can use the site.
Credit or prepaid cards used by the customer for payment through the electronic payment gateway on the site or applications should be owned by the customer himself. If the card is owned by another person, the customer must use it legally and with the consent of the cardholder.
Any unauthorized use of the application's services is not permitted, including the collection of usernames or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails.
The user may not send bulk email or unsolicited email to other users.

The User:

Users must be of legal age in Qatar.
The user must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application. By using the application, users agree to these terms and conditions.
Users must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
Users must respect the privacy of others and not use the application for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Users must pay the fees for counseling services according to the prices specified in the application.
The user must adhere to the rules of proper conduct on the application.
The user is prohibited from using the application for any illegal or unethical purpose.
The user is prohibited from posting any offensive, harmful, or illegal content on the application.
The user is legally, civilly and towards others responsible for all activities that take place on his account.
The application owner has the right to cancel the user's account at any time without giving any reasons.
The user receiving the consultations is responsible for choosing the counselor and what he provides of data and information, and the owner is not responsible to the recipient for any responsibility for any consultations or exchange of information between him and the counselor.
Using the application is considered an acknowledgment by the user of agreeing to all the terms and conditions contained in these terms.
The user is prohibited from using any consultations, dialogues or exchange of information that takes place on the application and rebroadcasting it in any way or on any of the social media platforms or publishing it in any way.

The Counselor:

Counselors are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user information and not sharing it with anyone else without their consent.
Counselors are committed to informing the application owner of any ethical concerns they may have regarding the use of the application.
The counselor must read and understand these terms and conditions before using the application. By using the application, counselors agree to these terms and conditions.
Counselors must have accredited qualifications in the field of family counseling.
Counselors must provide accurate and correct information about themselves and their experience.
Counselors must adhere to the ethical codes of the counseling profession.
Counselors must respect the privacy of users and not use the application for any illegal or harmful purpose.
The application owner has the right to cancel the counselor's account at any time without giving any reasons.
All information provided by the counselor and the scientific certificates are his personal responsibility and he is accountable before the government and legal authorities for the accuracy of this information and what he provides of scientific qualifications.
All consultations provided by the counselor and their content are his personal responsibility and are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar.
The counselor must first and foremost, before using the application, submit all the scientific certificates that qualify him to appear on the application to the owner, to be documented in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
The counselor may not use any of the counseling sessions on the application to rebroadcast them on any other platform or website on the Internet or any of the social media without the written consent of the owner and the recipient user, and the counselor is legally responsible if this is violated.

The Application Owner:

The application owner is committed to providing a safe and effective platform for users to obtain family counseling services.
The application owner is committed to protecting the privacy of user and counselor registration data.
The application owner is committed to providing high-quality services to users and counselors.
The application owner has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The application owner has the right to cancel the application or any of its services at any time.
The application owner is not responsible for any content posted on the application by users or counselors.
The application owner is not responsible for any damages that may be caused to users or counselors as a result of using the application.

Fees and Payments:

Counseling services are provided on the application for a fee.
Service fees are determined according to the application's policy.
Fees are paid through the electronic payment gateway integrated with the application.
The application owner has the right to change the service fees at any time.
Counseling service fees are calculated according to the prices specified in the application.
In case of canceling or postponing the appointment, the refund policy specified by the application owner is applied.

Cancellation and Postponement:

Users have the right to cancel or postpone booked appointments according to the following conditions:

The user can cancel or postpone the counseling appointment at least 24 hours before the time of the booked session and the value of the reservation is immediately refunded to his electronic wallet within the application, and he has the right to use that amount in other reservations.
The reservation cannot be canceled during a period of less than 24 hours and loses the full value of the reservation.
The user may not recover any fees paid after he has started using it to receive consultations or any service provided through the application and loses the full value of the remaining reservation.

Ratings:

Users can rate counselors after each session.

Application Responsibility:

The application owner does not bear any responsibility for any content shared on the application.
The application owner does not bear any responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the application.
The application owner is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the application or any content posted on it.
The responsibility lies with the users and counselors to use the application responsibly and ethically.
The application owner may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time.
The application owner shall not have any responsibility towards the users or any third party due to the temporary suspension or complete suspension of the operation of the system.
The company that owns the site does not guarantee that its services will be provided on time in a safe and complete manner, and that the results that will be obtained from the services will be as the user desired, and that the quality of the services will live up to expectations, as the role of the site is limited to providing consultations by specialists.
The application owner has the right to support or delete all or some of the files and messages that are submitted by users during the use of the services for some time during the periods that are deemed appropriate and there will be no responsibility for the support and deletion procedures.
The application owner has the ownership and copyright arising from the ownership of information, documents, software, designs, graphics and all information contained on the application.
The application owner has the right to publish any information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. (such as messages, notifications, and reports/news and files sent to newsletters) that are produced by the members and uploaded to the system by the members and/or sent to another place within the site that is considered appropriate and it is likely that this information will be copied and/or published by other users.
The owner may make any changes to the implementation of this agreement and modify the existing materials or add new materials in order to comply with any technical and legislative obligations that are issued in the future.
The owner may provide additional services and change some of the services partially or in full or convert them to a paid service.
This application may be unavailable at times to allow for maintenance and updates. Although we will strive to notify customers in advance of the unavailability of any service mentioned, this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to modify or withdraw the service at any time.

Amendments:

The application owner has the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time.
Using the application after changing the terms and conditions is considered acceptance of the changes.

Termination of Service:

The application owner has the right to terminate the service of any user or counselor at any time without giving any reasons.
The application owner has the right to terminate the application service at any time.

Language:

These terms and conditions are written in Arabic.
In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and the English version, the Arabic version shall prevail.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights in the application and content are owned by the application owner.

Privacy Policy:

The application respects the privacy of users and only collects the data necessary to provide the services.

The user has the right to review, modify or delete his data at any time.
Users can review the privacy policy available on the application to learn about how their personal data is collected and used.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes arising from the use of the application or the services provided, the two parties (user and counselor) undertake to seek to resolve the dispute amicably in the first place.
If an amicable solution is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar.
